Emami Agrotech Ltd. has unveiled its new ‘Healthy & Tasty – FOR CHEF’ product range at Aahar 2026, aiming to strengthen its presence in the HoReCa and B2B foodservice segment.
The new portfolio has been specifically curated for professional kitchens, including hotels, restaurants, catering services and institutional buyers where product quality, consistency and performance are critical. The range has been introduced under the company’s flagship Healthy & Tasty brand and includes a variety of edible oils along with essential pantry ingredients such as whole, pure and blended spices, fresh chakki atta, maida, sooji, besan and soya chunks. These products are offered in larger pack formats designed for bulk consumption and commercial kitchen operations.
According to the company, the launch is part of its strategy to deepen its footprint in India’s fast-growing foodservice ecosystem. The HoReCa sector represents a large consumption market, and the company aims to provide chefs and foodservice partners with reliable ingredient solutions that support operational efficiency and consistent culinary outcomes.
Jayant Goenka, director of the Emami Group, said the initiative reflects the company’s intention to expand beyond the retail segment and build a stronger presence in institutional foodservice. He noted that the portfolio, which includes edible oils and key pantry staples, has been designed to help chefs deliver high-quality food at scale.
To support the business expansion, the company has also appointed Samantha Dutta as senior vice president for Food Services, QSR, Modern Trade and Alternate Channels. With over 27 years of experience in the HoReCa and foodservice sector, she will lead the strategic development of this vertical.
Looking ahead, the company plans to further expand the ‘FOR CHEF’ portfolio with new product categories such as sauces, condiments, ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat offerings. The company is targeting revenue of around Rs 2,000 crore from the HoReCa and foodservice business within the next two to three years.
Emami Agrotech, part of the Rs 30,000-crore Emami Group, continues to expand its food business portfolio as it targets growth in India’s rapidly evolving hospitality and institutional foodservice market.
