Beans on toast has been reimagined as dessert by British chef James Dempsey at the Blackmoor Dining Room in Leeds, Yorkshire. While the original comprises toast, a fried egg and marzipan, his version includes a lemon cake with mango and vanilla panna cotta (instead of the egg) and marzipan (instead of the beans). And it is the signature dish of the restaurant.
