Homegrown millet-based food brand Millwize has officially launched its products at Aahar 2026, positioning itself as a “Better-For-You” (BFY) brand aimed at promoting healthier food choices for Indian households.
Launched by wellness-focused food-tech startup Stalwart Sales Pvt Ltd, the brand focuses on millet-based products made from traditional grains such as jowar, bajra and ragi. The company said the launch aligns with the growing demand for nutritious and functional foods in India.
Millwize is introducing its flagship product range through its direct-to-consumer (D2C) platform and plans to expand its distribution through quick commerce and e-commerce channels, including Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, Amazon and Flipkart.
Founded by Divyashikha Gupta, the brand is supported by a dedicated in-house millet scientist and a strong research and development pipeline with more than 70 new product SKUs currently under development. The company aims to expand its portfolio beyond snacks into Ready-to-Eat (RTE), Ready-to-Cook (RTC) and Ready-to-Drink (RTD) categories centred on millet-based nutrition.
The brand’s products are developed under its philosophy “Eat Wize, Live Wize”, which focuses on combining traditional grains with modern flavours while maintaining nutritional value. The product range includes gourmet formats such as Blueberry, Cinnamon, Choco Chips and Seed & Nuts varieties.
According to the company, the products are designed with a “zero-compromise” approach, featuring no refined sugar, palm oil, maida or trans fats, and containing no artificial colours or flavours. The products are sweetened naturally using ingredients such as jaggery and dates, while also being gluten-free.
The launch comes at a time when India’s millet market is witnessing strong growth, with increasing awareness of the nutritional benefits of ancient grains and government efforts to promote millet consumption.
Millwize said it aims to combine traditional nutrition with modern food formats to meet the needs of health-conscious consumers and fast-paced lifestyles.
Backed by the manufacturing and distribution capabilities of Stalwart Sales Pvt Ltd, the company plans to expand its product offerings and build a strong presence in the rapidly growing millet-based food segment in the coming years.
