WishADish brings automation to Helter Skelter Café; Ups revenue by 3X

WishADish, a one-stop management solution for restaurants and a tech startup has introduced automation at Helter Skelter Café, a newly-opened café and bar based in the SDA market. As a result, the revenue of the establishment, which initially struggled with issues such as restaurant payroll, long queues and waiting, has tripled, and its operations costs have increased.
Prior to the tie-up, it focussed mainly on a manual process which took time regularly. Under the tie-up, WishADish automated the entire process from offline POS (point-of-sale) billing, POS billing dashboard, third-party (app and human) commissions, in-built CRM and provided date insights, live reports on the POS system, customer transactions, etc.
The café, along with WishADish, created a flexible loyalty programme for their new and existing customers, thus expanding the customer base through inbuilt CRM (customer relationship management).
It also introduced a waitlist management feature that decreased wait time for walk-ins. It also provided the customers a way to see how long the wait for a table is in real time, and put their names on the waitlist.
Commenting on the tie-up, Pallav Goyal, founder, Helter Skelter Café, said, “Modern-day problems require modern-day solutions. I feel in the cutting-edge restaurant business, every process has to be either time saving or optimum utilisation of resources. Thus, WishADish established an efficient process for our café to address each problem area or refining existing ones.”
