Jubilant Agri and Consumer Products (JACPL), a key arm of the Jubilant Bhartia Group, has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary named Jubilant Agri Solutions (JASL) to advance its position in the agri-chemicals sector. The subsidiary was officially incorporated on April 7, 2025, with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs issuing the Certificate of Incorporation on April 11, 2025.

JASL will engage in the agricultural products and chemicals industry, focusing on manufacturing, marketing, and trading. This move aligns with JACPL’s strategic vision to expand its presence in the rapidly evolving agri-inputs market and meet the growing demand for innovative agricultural solutions. The incorporation of JASL involved an initial subscription of 1,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each by JACPL and its nominees, resulting in a total subscribed share capital of Rs 10,00,000. The company’s authorised share capital is Rs 15,00,000, divided into 1,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each.

With 100 percent of the shares held by JACPL, JASL is a wholly-owned subsidiary and has been classified as a related party from the date of its formation.

The company operates across multiple domains, including performance polymers, chemicals, and agri-products. The establishment of JASL is seen as a strategic step to enhance its footprint in the agri-chemicals market, which continues to grow in significance amid increasing emphasis on sustainable and efficient farming practices.
