The House of Karachi Bakery launches 45th Avenue in Hyderabad, in an uber-chic, continental avatar for patrons to indulge their taste buds with world-class sweet treats, handcrafted French pastries and savouries,  Mediterranean delicacy – Baklava, along with classic Indian fusion desserts and cookies.

The sprawling new space hosts live-baking counters, traditionally handcrafted French desserts and drool-worthy sweet and savoury treats from around the globe. Watch freshly kneaded breads being baked, and gourmet chocolate made right before your eyes – and take in the enticing aromas wafting off the ovens as you feast your eyes on an array of baked beauties awaiting their turn to head home with you.

Authentic, high-quality ingredients get magically transformed at the hands of expert pâtissiers and boulangerie chefs under the mentorship of chef Cecile Moritel into a wide range of French cakes and desserts. Foret Noir, Chocolate hazelnut Gateaux, French Vanilla Custard Cruffin and New York Cheese cake are some of the exotic dishes on the menu. The Belgian chocolates, celebration cakes, cookies, croissants, breads and desserts are sure to make you coming back for more.

The bakery has a range of keto dessert options too. The only place in Hyderabad for international yeast-free, sour-dough breads made with fresh ingredients like whole-wheat, rye and walnut, the bakery offers a range of gluten-free breads and savouries. The traditional Karachi signature fruit biscuits, cashew and Osmania biscuits are now also available in Vegan variants, alongside beautiful tin packs for gifting too.
