In one of its most dynamic and diverse showcases to date, Cellar 33 stole the spotlight at ProWine India 2025, presenting an extraordinary portfolio that blended authenticity, innovation, and craftsmanship from across the world. With over 35 international producers and 65 premium labels, including 12 Champagne houses, the company reaffirmed its reputation as a trusted bridge between Europe’s boutique estates and India’s evolving fine wine and artisanal spirits market.
This year marked Cellar 33’s fifth consecutive participation at ProWine India, highlighting its long-term commitment to nurturing both cultural and commercial relationships between global winemakers and India’s growing community of sommeliers, importers, and hospitality professionals.
A major highlight of this year’s participation was the debut of Cellar 33’s dedicated South African collection, featuring terroir-driven wines from five acclaimed producers. The expressive and value-driven range was met with strong enthusiasm from importers and sommeliers, signaling India’s increasing curiosity for new-world wines and modern winemaking styles.
Another milestone moment came with the first-ever official presentation of the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles (CMB) in India. Cellar 33 curated a special showcase of CMB medal-winning producers from France, Italy, and Spain, marking a new chapter in India’s recognition on the global wine map.
The Cellar 33 pavilion emerged as one of the most-visited spaces at the fair, designed as an immersive hub connecting craftsmanship with discovery. Highlights included a dedicated Champagne tasting gallery exploring grower styles and vintages, exclusive previews from European micro-distilleries, and focused B2B meetings linking producers directly with key Indian importers.
“Each year at ProWine, we bring not just wines, but the people and stories behind them,” said Amrita Singh, co-founder and president of Cellar 33. “Our expansion into South Africa and partnership with CMB reflect a single vision to make India a true stage for global excellence.”
Echoing her sentiment, Mattia Antonio Cianca, co-founder and director, added, “We are not chasing trends, we are shaping markets. By introducing award-winning wines and design-led spirits, we continue to raise the bar for discovery, quality, and authenticity in India.”
With this showcase, Cellar 33 once again positioned itself as a driving force in shaping India’s premium wine and spirits landscape.
