D’yavol, the global luxury collective, continues its winning streak as Vortex, the brand’s blended Scotch whisky, takes home a gold medal and the prestigious title of ‘Blended Scotch of the Year’ at the London Spirits Competition 2025. Following D’yavol Inception’s acclaimed win as ‘Best Overall Scotch’ at the New York World Spirits Competition 2024, this latest honour cements the brand’s growing reputation for delivering exceptional, award-winning spirits.

The London Spirits Competition sets itself apart by recognising spirits that not only meet high standards of quality but also offer value and strong visual appeal. Judged by a panel of real trade buyers, scoring is based on blind tasting, value, and packaging — making a win, a true marker of all-round excellence.

Aryan Khan, co-founder, D’yavol, said, “With Vortex being named the ‘Blended Scotch of the Year,’ D’yavol continues to affirm its place in the global luxury spirits space. So thrilled to see the brand growing and making its mark across the globe!”

Crafted from a blend of single malt and single grain whiskies from Scotland’s most storied regions — Lowlands, Highlands, Speyside, and the Islands — Vortex delivers a layered tasting experience. A bright herbal nose with notes of root vegetables and peppermint gives way to a bittersweet palate with gentle spice and chocolate undertones, finishing clean and soft. Its luxurious gold-detailed bottle design and dynamic silhouette reflect the whisky’s intense character and artistry, making it stand out both on the shelf and in the glass.

Bunty Singh, co-founder, D’yavol, said, "We see these awards as a foundation, very distant from the finish line. They inspire us to keep pushing boundaries and redefine what modern luxury in spirits can be."
