Nuvola Spirits Pvt. Ltd., the company behind Mikiamo Italian Liqueurs and recently backed by United Spirits (Diageo India), announced the launch of Seoulmate Soju in Maharashtra. Crafted for a new generation of drinkers, it blends Korean drinking culture with vibrant, contemporary flavours tailored for the Indian palate. It is made from premium rice distillate for a clean, smooth and consistent taste.

Available in a 375 ml bottle at 15.5 per cent ABV and priced at Rs 650, it is playful, smooth and versatile, designed for everything from casual pours to high-energy social rituals. It comes in an original variant that stays true to classic soju, alongside a range of bold, unconventional flavours: Strawberry Mint, Pink Guava Chilli, Cola Vanilla, Watermelon Bubblegum, Black Grape and Peach Iced Tea. Each variant has its own profile, from cool and refreshing to tropical, nostalgic and bold, encouraging experimentation and social engagement.

Inspired by Seoul's dynamic nightlife, the brand brings Korean drinking traditions to India, complete with interactive rituals, group games and a strong social-first identity that appeals to young urban adults. It suits occasions from brunches and bar nights to gatherings at home. Following its debut in Goa and a warm reception in Delhi, Haryana and Karnataka, Mumbai is a natural next step, given its fast-paced, cosmopolitan drinking culture and appetite for global trends.

Aakriti Kochhar Sachdeva, co-founder, Nuvola Spirits, said, “Seoulmate Soju reflects our vision of making global drinking cultures accessible and relevant to Indian consumers. With its approachable profile and bold flavours, it's designed to transform how young India experiences social drinking, and Mumbai's vibrant nightlife scene is the perfect stage for that.”
