A café is built around more than what is on the menu. Over the last two years, Silk Road Coffee Company has become a place for morning coffees, long conversations, fresh bakes, new discoveries and familiar faces. What began in Versova as a specialty coffee Roastery and Bakehouse has grown into a community of people who return for different reasons but keep coming back to the same space. As it turns two, the anniversary celebrates this journey and the people who have been part of it.

To mark the occasion, it is unveiling a special anniversary food and dessert menu, bringing new additions to its all-day café experience. The menu features drinks such as Coconut Vietnamese, Off White, Espresso Mojito, Caramel Mojito and Coconut Matcha, alongside savoury offerings including Flaky Pizza – Polpette Piccante, Flaky Pizza – Lamb Meatball and Florentine in Romesco. The dessert selection includes Double Chocolate Mousse Pastry, Marble Cheesecake (eggless), Coffee and Vanilla Pastry (eggless) and Belgian Chocolate Pastry. The anniversary also marks the launch of Harmony Blend, a new coffee blend available in a 250 g pack.

The Expression Studio will host Pilates & Lattes, a workshop with The Aura Circle, bringing together movement, coffee and community. Guests can also explore the craft behind their daily cup through Learn How to Brew With Us, a hands-on session led by its in-house roasters, introducing participants to different ways of brewing and enjoying coffee.

Parth Suri, founder, Silk Road Coffee Company, said, “Two years of Silk Road have brought us so many people, stories and experiences that we never could have planned for. What makes this milestone special is knowing that the space has become a part of people’s lives in its own little way. We’re grateful for everyone who has walked through our doors, supported us and grown with us, and we’re excited to see where the next chapter takes us.”
