14°41° Pizzeria has opened a new flagship restaurant near Hutatma Chowk in Mumbai’s Fort area, marking a decade since the brand launched its first outlet in Kala Ghoda in 2016. The new restaurant aims to strengthen its presence in the city while offering an enhanced Italian dining experience centred on authentic Neapolitan pizza and culinary craftsmanship.

Spread across approximately 2,000 sq. ft., the outlet accommodates 60–70 guests. Its fully glazed kitchen allows diners to observe the preparation process, from hand-tossing pizza dough to assembling freshly prepared dishes, bringing the experience of an Italian pizzeria to the forefront.

Founded by Krishna Gupta, 14°41° Pizzeria began with the vision of introducing authentic Neapolitan flavours and traditional pizza-making techniques to Mumbai. The brand has since expanded to 17 outlets across the city.

“Fort is where our journey began, so returning here ten years later feels particularly special. What started with a trip to Naples and a passion for authentic Italian pizza has grown into a brand with 17 outlets across Mumbai. With this flagship, we’re celebrating how far we’ve come while staying true to what inspired us in the first place,” said Krishna Gupta, founder and director, 14°41° Pizzeria.

The brand's pizza-making process centres on an exclusive Italian-milled soft wheat 00 flour developed by Italian pizza chef Renato Viola, who also curates its menu and culinary philosophy. The dough is prepared using the flour and rested for 24 hours before being hand-stretched and baked in a wood-fired oven.

According to Chef Renato Viola, the quality of flour, dough preparation and fermentation are essential to producing authentic pizza. The brand's exclusive flour, Extraordinary, has been developed to ensure consistency and craftsmanship across its outlets.

The Fort flagship also introduces an expanded menu featuring new Italian dishes across several categories. Starters include Mushroom Soup, Goat Cheese & Beetroot Salad, Truffle Mushroom Flatbread and Chicken Arancini.

The pizza selection features new options such as Truffle Forest, Pesto Burrata and Diavola Chicken Pepperoni, alongside Goat Cheese & Caramelised Onion and Chicken Mortadella & Artichoke. The expanded menu also includes pastas and risottos such as Coconut Milk Gnocchi, Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni, Spaghetti Chicken Parmigiana and Chicken & Sun-Dried Tomato Risotto.

Italian sandwiches served on freshly prepared focaccia and multigrain panini breads further expand the offering. The restaurant also serves desserts, including its signature Tiramisu, Banoffee Pie and Blueberry Cheesecake. An all-day coffee menu featuring Italian classics and Indian favourites completes the dining experience.

“Over the past decade, our guests have played an integral role in shaping the brand’s evolution. We’ve seen a growing appreciation for authentic Italian dining experiences, and our new Fort flagship reflects that shift. From an expanded menu to a more immersive setting and an all-day coffee offering, every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create an experience that feels distinctly Italian, yet unmistakably 14°41°,” said Vandini Gupta, vice president, 14°41° Pizzeria.

With the new outlet, the brand aims to build on its decade-long presence in Mumbai by combining traditional Italian pizza-making techniques, an expanded food and beverage offering and an immersive dining format.
