Lenexis Foodworks has announced four senior leadership appointments as it strengthens key functions to support its next phase of growth. The company has appointed Gerald Dias as head of operations, Gaurav Thakore as head of business development, Gurmeet Singh Gujral as head of projects and maintenance, and Manush Chinna Swamy as head of legal & compliance.
The appointments come as the company builds leadership depth across key functions as it works towards its goal of 500 stores.
Dias joins as head of operations with 27 years of experience in the restaurant industry and cross-functional exposure in building business verticals. Previously associated with McDonald’s and Si Nonna’s, he will focus on operational excellence and customer experience.
Thakore, who joins from Metro Brands Limited, brings over 18 years of experience across business development, retail expansion and portfolio management. He will lead the company’s expansion strategy, strengthen the development pipeline and help build a scalable portfolio strategy across markets.
Gujral, formerly with ITC Fresh Food Business and Dominos, brings over 21 years of experience across projects, maintenance, kitchen operations and quality systems. He will drive project execution, standardisation and efficiency across stores, kitchens and operational infrastructure.
Swamy joins from Sapphire Foods India Ltd., with over 15 years of experience in legal advisory, compliance, contracts, litigation and risk management. He will lead efforts to strengthen its legal and compliance framework in line with the company’s continued growth and expansion.
“As we enter our next phase of growth, a key focus is on building the functional depth, operating discipline and leadership capability at Lenexis. Gerald, Gaurav, Gurmeet and Manush each bring strong domain expertise and relevant operating experience, and they will play an important role in Lenexis’s expansion plans,” said Arvind R P, chief executive officer, Lenexis Foodworks.
“Lenexis Foodworks has built a strong multi-brand platform and there is a clear opportunity to scale it further across markets. I look forward to strengthening the development pipeline, sharpening expansion planning and supporting the company’s next phase of growth,” said Thakore.
“In the QSR business, sustainable growth is built on consistent execution and a strong customer experience. I look forward to strengthening operational excellence across the network and supporting profitable expansion as Lenexis Foodworks scales further,” said Dias.
“As businesses expand across cities and formats, strong project execution and standardised operating systems become increasingly important. I look forward to building quality-led, efficient infrastructure that supports faster rollouts and greater consistency across the network,” said Gujral.
“As companies grow, strong legal and compliance processes become an important enabler of scale. I look forward to building a practical, business-aligned framework that supports growth while protecting the company’s commercial and brand interests,” said Swamy.
