Nestlé India appoints Jaikishan Gianani as HoP, South Asia

Nestlé India has appointed Jaikishan Gianani as Head of Procurement (HoP), South Asia Region, effective August 1, 2026. In his new role, Gianani will lead the company’s procurement strategy across the region, with a focus on strategic sourcing, strengthening supplier partnerships and enhancing supply chain resilience to support Nestlé’s growth ambitions in South Asia.
Gianani joined Nestlé in 2012 as a Management Trainee after completing his studies at SPJIMR, Mumbai. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience across procurement and supply chain functions, including international exposure with the Nestrade Procurement Hub, leadership of Packaging Procurement and involvement in strategic procurement initiatives.
His experience also includes a factory supply chain leadership role at Nestlé’s Nanjangud facility. Most recently, as Procurement Lead – Commodities, Gianani was responsible for sourcing and risk management across multiple categories.
Known for his strategic approach, commercial acumen and collaborative leadership style, Gianani has contributed to business growth while developing high-performing teams. His appointment reflects Nestlé’s focus on strengthening its internal talent pipeline and positioning procurement as a strategic driver of growth and resilience across South Asia.
