Nestlé nominates Manish Tiwary as new managing director

After a distinguished 26-year career with the Nestlé Group, Suresh Narayanan, chairman and managing director of Nestlé India, will retire at the end of business on July 31, 2025, the company stated in a filing under 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) – Change of managing director with effect from August 1, 2025, with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

Nestlé S.A., Nestle India's Swiss parent company, has nominated Manish Tiwary to take over as managing director, effective August 1, 2025. "The company has received a nomination from Nestlé S.A. for Manish Tiwary to be appointed as the managing director of Nestlé India Ltd, starting August 1, 2025," the statement read.
