Novotel Mumbai International Airport has announced the appointment of Gaurav Malik as Director of Food & Beverage, effective October 27, 2026. Gaurav is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 12 years of Food & Beverage leadership experience across leading international brands, including Hyatt, Hilton and Radisson. His expertise spans multi-outlet operations, financial performance, guest experience enhancement, concept development and team leadership.
In his new role, Gaurav will focus on driving culinary innovation, elevating guest dining experiences and strengthening operational standards across the hotel’s Food & Beverage vertical. He will also lead and nurture the F&B team towards new benchmarks of performance.
Prior to joining Novotel Mumbai International Airport, Gaurav served as Director of Food & Beverage at Hyatt Centric Kathmandu, where he led Food & Beverage and Culinary operations, strengthened colleague engagement and introduced innovative dining concepts. His journey also includes significant achievements at Grand Hyatt Goa and Radisson Dubai, reflecting his strong commercial acumen and commitment to operational excellence.
