Foodhall Cookery Studio to host Ramen & Gyoza making class on Sept 10

Foodhall@Linking Road, Santacruz (West), will host a date night cooking class between 8pm and 10pm on on September 10, 2019. Patrons, and their significant others, will learn to whip up a three-course meal, which will comprise Ramen and Gyoza, in tandem with Foodhall’s chefs.

The attendees will dice, chop, saute and grill the ingredients, and once the meal is ready, it will be served to them in the store’s private dining area, accompanied by wine. It will be priced at Rs 2,900 plus 18 per cent Goods and Services Tax (GST).

The workshop will teach the attendees the following:
  • Demonstration of basic ramen stock by the chef: This will be used to create a vegetarian or seafood ramen bowl
  • Students will use readymade gyoza sheets to make the gyoza
  • They will have a choice of two vegetarian and two non-vegetarian fillings for the gyozas
  • The chef’s special dessert will be served at dinner at the end of the cooking class
