Namdhari’s Fresh, known for its farm-fresh fruit and vegetables, in association with DecaTrait, the flagship social transformation programme by Tara Prakashana, will conduct a one-of-its-kind workshop for farmers at the former’s outlet in Bidadi, Karnataka, on January 5, 2019. It will be conducted by P R Mukund, founder, DecaTrait, and A S Kiran Kumar, former chairperson, ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation), will be the chief guest.
Speaking about the workshop, Mukund said, “It has been our endeavour to take DecaTrait to different sections of the society. While we are addressing corporates and academia, farmers are one of the most important communities. Farmers today need internal awakening to cope with the external changes, and I am excited to share my scientifically-researched insights in this regard.”
Commenting on the initiative, Kumar said, “The workshop comes at a time when the farmers in the country are facing several issues. We ought to remember that if farmers rise, the nation will. I congratulate Namdhari’s Fresh for this initiative. Mukund is a person who can bring his research and analysis of ancient science and apply it to modern-day farming. I look forward to this day.”
“We are honoured to be associating with Mukund. His knowledge and application of ancient wisdom to different sections of the society has been a revelation for many. We are thankful to Kumar, who agreed to be part of this event. Two eminent science-minded luminaries are slated to address today’s farmers, which makes the event all the more exciting,” stated Sunil G Awari, general manager, Namdhari’s Fresh.
Among other things, the workshop will highlight ways of applying universal energy, coping with change and increasing productivity to make farming a far more endearing activity.
DecaTrait is a proprietary workshop derived out of programmed research on science and ancient Indian wisdom. It focuses on 10 qualities needed to achieve, sustain and repeat success. Focussing on social transformation, the workshop has been successfully conducted at different corporate houses and academic institutions.
