Chef Sanjeev Kapoor visited Wonderchef’s exclusive brand outlet (EBO) at Breach Candy, which was inaugurated recently, and unveiled its latest offering, Revo atta kneader.
After 14 months of rigorous market research and product development, Wonderchef has curated an automated appliance that brings health, taste and convenience to one’s daily cooking regime.
This product is designed to ease the daily hassle of kneading the dough, a cumbersome task for most women.
Revo stand mixer and dough kneader offers the performance of a powerful and expensive stand mixer at an affordable price point of Rs 8,000. It is currently available in retail stores across India, as well as on Wonderchef’s website, at a special launch price of Rs 5,999.
This is made possible due to three functions - the moving head, which creates the effect of a planetary motion, which, in turn, ensures the effective mixing of dough, eggs, cream, etc.; the patented red spatula, which ensures that the dough does not stick on the sides and gets kneaded properly to help make fabulous fluffy rotis every time, and the rotating stainless steel bowl. Together, these give Revo the performance usually found in mixers that cost 5-7 times more.
Speaking at the event, Kapoor said, “Wonderchef works on the philosophy of healthy cooking, and we are trying to improve the cooking experience of people, so that they can enjoy what they cook.”
“We have been working towards various innovations, and Revo is one of them. We are bringing more such products which can ease out the tasks in the kitchen. Wonderchef is committed to empowering women by enabling them to cook better with its innovative and healthy appliances,” he added.
With the Breach Candy EBO, Wonderchef has now 20 EBOs in the country, besides having its presence in over 8,000 MBOs (multi-brand outlets). The company has planned to open 100 stores by 2020.
