Food & Hotel Asia-Food & Beverage (FHA-F&B), Asia’s leading international F&B trade show, is set to return from April 8-11, 2025, at Singapore EXPO. With 1,500 exhibitors, including 40% new participants, and over 65,000 attendees expected from 90 plus countries, the event solidifies its reputation as a premier hub for the industry.
As the official Partner Country for FHA-F&B 2025, Australia will showcase its rich culinary heritage, innovative food trends, and growing beverage industry. This partnership marks 60 years of diplomatic relations between Australia and Singapore. Chris Morley, Trade and Investment Commissioner for Austrade, emphasized the significance of the milestone, reinforcing Australia’s commitment to strengthening business ties in the region.
Among the exhibitors, more than 35% are first-time participants, bringing fresh innovations to the show. The Singapore Pavilion will highlight over 80 local companies, including Toh Thye San and Lim Joo Huat, celebrating the nation’s rich culinary landscape. Additionally, the EU Pavilion will showcase premium food and beverages from all 27 EU member states, reaffirming strong trade ties with Singapore.
With the rise of health-conscious consumers, FHA-F&B 2025 will introduce a dedicated Beverage Zone, featuring the latest non-alcoholic beverage trends. The debut of the Zero Mixology Challenge and National Cocktail Challenge will spotlight creativity in alcohol-free mixology. Notably, Japan leads the "sober curious" trend in Asia, with the non-alcoholic beverage market projected to hit 621 million liters by 2027, while China’s market is set to nearly double in value by 2028.
The FHA Culinary Challenge returns with a new Individual Challenge Culinary and Individual Challenge Patisserie segment. Esteemed judges, led by Chief Judge Otto Weibel, will assess competitors from around the world. Notable judges include Andy Cuthbert, President of the World Association of Chefs Societies, and other top industry experts.
Two key seminars FHA Seminar and Sustainable Food Future Seminar will explore the future of food, regulatory updates, sustainability, and alternative proteins.
Ian Roberts, vice president of Informa Markets Asia, emphasized FHA-F&B’s role as a crucial business hub for global suppliers. “Now in its 47th year, FHA continues to drive industry innovation, connecting suppliers with buyers across Asia and beyond while staying ahead of evolving consumer demands.”
With a dynamic lineup of exhibitors, competitions, and discussions, FHA-F&B 2025 promises to be a must-attend event for the global food and beverage industry.
