F&B innovations to take center stage at IAAPA Expo Asia 2025 in Shanghai

The IAAPA Expo Asia 2025, the largest trade show for the amusement and attractions industry in the Asia-Pacific region, is set to take place from 30 June to 3 July at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. With attendee registration now open, this year’s expo will place a significant emphasis on the evolving Food & Beverage (F&B) landscape in the attractions industry.
With over 300 exhibitors and an expected 10,000 attendees, the expo will showcase advancements in AI-driven dining experiences, sustainable packaging, contactless payment solutions, and innovative F&B service models. The F&B sector within attractions and theme parks is evolving rapidly, and IAAPA Expo Asia 2025 will provide industry professionals with tools and strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and boost revenue.
The expo’s comprehensive education program will include over 20 sessions, with a strong focus on F&B innovations, merchandise strategies, and revenue diversification. Experts will discuss topics such as The future of food service in theme parks and attractions, Sustainable and eco-friendly F&B solutions, Technology-driven ordering, AI-powered menus, and contactless dining experiences, Maximizing profits through strategic F&B partnerships and menu engineering.
A major highlight is the Leadership Breakfast, where Jill Estorino, President & Managing Director of Disney Parks International, will share insights on guest service excellence, innovation, and the role of F&B in enhancing visitor experiences.
