Background:
Himachal
Nectors plans to set up Fruit Juice manufacturing unit with a capacity
of 1,50,000 litres per year and Fruit Wine unit of 2,00,000 litres per
year at Banalgi in Solan district of Himachal Pradesh. The project will generate employment for around 65 people. Total
water requirement will be 500 KL/day and will be source from HP ground
water authority. Required 187.5 kVA power will be sourced from HPSEBL.
Progress:
15 February 2022: As told to Projects Today (PT), State-Level Single Window Clearance Authority (SLSWCS) granted approval for the project. Work on the project was expected to commence by August 2022.
24 June 2022: As told to Projects Today (PT), work on the project was expected to commence by November 2022. Civil contractor was expected to finalize by October 2022.
