World of Hospitality Expo is the industry’s most comprehensive and dedicated event for food service and hospitality professionals. The event is scheduled to take place from January 22 to 24, 2025, at NESCO, Mumbai. The event is a dynamic media platform that unites buyers and sellers within the HoReCa segment.
This edition of the expo has been designed to facilitate a structured flow of visitor traffic, with focused pavilions, interactive seminars, Incredible Chef Challenge and many engagements, allowing exhibitors to target the right audience from hospitality, F&B service; catering; restaurants; corporate canteens; dealers, distributors; hotel chains across India. It provides a perfect opportunity for exhibitors to promote products and services to a refined target segment.
The mission is to create a comprehensive marketplace where industry players can connect, discover new products and services, and stay informed about the hospitality segment’s latest trends and success strategies.
The event also organises three major roadshows in Mumbai, Goa, and Bangalore. The organisers are committed to fostering connections, driving innovation, and enhancing the overall success of businesses in the HoReCa sector.

Highlights Apart from the renowned exhibitors, the show will also host an Incredible Chef Challenge in association with the Western India Culinary Association, Masterclasses, General Manager’s Conclave and Chef’s Panel that enhance the experience of the visitor by diving into interesting topics, currently changing the dynamics of the industry.

Exhibitor Profile Like every year the exhibitor profile consists of hospitality technology, commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment, access control, interior design, furniture and furnishings, housekeeping, guest supplies, tableware, crockery and cutlery, food and beverages, packaged foods, dairy products, coffee, bakery & confectionery and pork, seafood & poultry.
There are around 200 exhibitors participating in the exhibition this year.
Visitor Profile Similarly, the visitors shall include hoteliers, restaurants, executive chefs, e-commerce buyers, baristas & cafe owners, bakers, airline, cruise & travel, caterers, food and beverage professionals, general managers, purchase managers, professional caterers, project consultants, system integrators and so on.
As per data and promotions, the organisers are expecting more than 9,000 visitors.

Seminars and conferences Among the conferences, Joy pointed out, “Incredible Chefs Challenge aims to become one of the largest and most diverse culinary competitions in the country where culinary craftsmen get to showcase their skills and learn from the best in the industry. The aspiring chefs compete in competitions like live cooking, cake decorations, and themed cake among many others. This year the event has partnered with Western India Culinary Association to bring forward the key trends in the industry and make it an enriching experience. One of the most renowned events, it receives more than 200 registrations for the three-day event.”
The General Managers Conclave is a platform for top hotel management across the industry to come together and share insights on business operations, customer experience, technology advancement and people development. The general manager of top hotels in Mumbai and Pune will be present sharing their thoughts on the western market in India.
Hotel Kitchen Consultants Forum, a consultant forum for restaurant and hotel kitchen operators, will interact with seasoned consultants and professionals to learn from their experiences and go through case studies and white papers on the subject that will help them evaluate planning methods for their facility and integrate optimal space management.
As part of the Housekeeper’s Conclave, a first-of-its-a-kind panel discussion will be held where a leading housekeeper will share insights on the latest trends in housekeeping, which would focus on eco-friendly products, cost-saving, tracking codes, inventory management and most importantly guest satisfaction.
Trends Mumbai is one of the largest markets in western India and there is great potential. With the latest advancement in technology, there are some new interesting exhibitors on board to highlight the use of tech in hospitality. Similarly, the organisers also have some new exhibitors highlighting the shift towards sustainability, showcasing unique products and their multiple uses in hotels.
