Sayaji Hotel recognised among India’s top 10 best places to work for in 2020

Sayaji Hotel Ltd. a group of 5-star luxury hotels across India, has won the honour of being named one of the best hospitality organisations in India to work with in 2020 by the Great Place to Work Institute. Renowned for its unparalleled hospitality, the hotel group has been conferred with this preeminent accolade third year in a row. The company has been conferred the 9th rank among India’s 100 “Best Company To Work for 2020” and Top ranked Hospitality Brand by Great Place To Work Institute.

The company has earned this recognition based on a number of parameters i.e. trust, achieving excellence in employee performance and credibility, respect and fairness, pride and camaraderie and lastly HR practices and policies within the workplace. It has created a developing culture for its employees in multiple pieces of training and development opportunities. It collaborated with Impact App, which is a unique platform to raise funds by making people fit. An employee taking part in this event could raise Rs 1 for the cause with every 100 metre that he walked or ran.

It also celebrates ‘Umang’ the town hall meeting to establish improved communication, facilitate appreciation, improve employee connect, share knowledge and experience, and develop inspired leadership. This event is organised once in two months through a common gathering of all the employees to create bonding and a sense of togetherness. Their core purpose is “To make more and more people happy for a prolonged period of time”.
