The global meat and protein industry is set for a transformative experience as IFFA 2025 opens its doors from 3 to 8 May in Frankfurt. Under the theme ‘Rethinking Meat and Proteins’, this premier international trade fair will provide an extensive overview of the industry's entire value chain—from processing and packaging to cutting-edge ingredients and emerging consumer trends. With exhibition halls already booked and market leaders confirmed, IFFA 2025 is poised to set new benchmarks in performance, data-driven value creation, sustainability, and product innovation.

As the industry's foremost platform, IFFA – Technology for Meat and Alternative Proteins – will bring together key market players from around the globe, showcasing the latest advancements in technology, machinery, and solutions. Messe Frankfurt anticipates approximately 1,000 exhibitors from 50 countries presenting their innovations across 116,000 square meters of exhibition space in Halls 8, 9, 11, and 12.

A newly restructured hall layout will enhance the connectivity between different stages of the production process. Additionally, IFFA 2025 will introduce IFFA Worlds, an initiative designed to categorize the event into focused thematic segments:
