ADM has been recognised as one of Newsweek’s America’s Greatest Workplaces in Manufacturing 2025. The list recognises the greatest workplaces in the United States based on their performance on a range of relevant metrics from the perspective of employees, including corporate culture, working conditions, and other aspects of their current employer.

Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group recognised companies through a comprehensive assessment that incorporated over 400,000 confidential employee interviews, more than 4.9 million in-depth company reviews, and 120+ KPIs from Aniline, a third-party data provider.
