This insightful event brought together industry leaders to discuss how #AIforManufacturing was shaping the future of production and innovation in America. The webinar provided attendees with the latest advancements in AI for manufacturing, offering practical insights into #innov8GPT applications and their potential to transform the industry.

The discussion featured an impressive lineup of experts, including Vinay Indraganti, founder and CEO of BCD iLabs - Innov8 NXT, and author of ‘AI for Food Movement Book’; Balamurugan Balakreshnan, chief AI officer WMW/AI, author, and board member in UWM CSI; Michael Walton, president of BCD iLabs - innov8 NXT, co-author of ‘AI for Food Movement Book’, and board member CESMI; and Ravi Karkara, moderator and co-founder of The AI For Food Global Initiative. These thought leaders delved into the latest advancements in AI for manufacturing, providing attendees with valuable insights into how these technologies were revolutionising the sector.

The "#MakeinAmericaNow" initiative, which the webinar supported, aimed to create opportunities for US manufacturers, revitalise the American manufacturing sector, and encourage investment in domestic production facilities. It also sought to foster innovation through expanded R&D tax credits and implement policies to protect intellectual property. By promoting self-sufficiency and enhancing the competitiveness of American-made products globally, this initiative aimed to create jobs, boost economic growth, and reduce dependency on foreign imports.

Indraganti emphasised the transformative power of AI in manufacturing. He said, "With #innov8GPT, we were not just optimising processes; we were reimagining the entire manufacturing landscape. This technology had the potential to position American manufacturers at the forefront of global innovation."

Balakreshnan highlighted the importance of AI integration. He said, "The fusion of AI and manufacturing was creating unprecedented opportunities for efficiency and innovation. It was crucial for US manufacturers to embrace these technologies to remain competitive in the global market."

Walton stressed the economic impact. He said, "By leveraging AI in manufacturing, we were not just improving productivity; we were creating new job opportunities and driving economic growth. This was the key to revitalising American manufacturing."

Karkara underscored the broader implications. He said, "The AI for Food Global Initiative recognised that advancements in manufacturing AI had far-reaching effects, particularly in ensuring food security and sustainability. This webinar was a crucial step in fostering collaboration across industries."
