Italian Trade Agency unveils Italian Taste Lab at FHA-F&B

At the opening of FHA-Food & Beverage 2024, Southeast Asia’s largest trade show for F&B professionals, the Italian Trade Agency Singapore has unveiled the Italian Taste Lab at its official pavilion, during the Italian press conference.
Featuring addresses by Dante Brandi, Ambassador of Italy to Singapore and Brunei, and Giorgio Calveri, Italian Trade Commissioner for Singapore and the Philippines, ‘Navigating the Future of Food’ took place on April 23 at 11.30am. The press conference seeks to highlight more Italian trade names and businesses in observance of the steady rise in demand and popularity of Italian food in Singapore and worldwide.
Winner of MasterChef Italy 2nd Edition, Tizania Stefanelli and chef Daniele Sperindio from 1-Michelin starred ART restaurant kickstarted the Italian Taste Lab showcase on 23 April 2024. Upcoming, visitors can look forward to live cooking demonstrations by chef Matteo Ponti from 1-Michelin starred BRACI, chef Antonio from La Bottega, and more.
