AquaChile unveiled its premium range of salmon in India with an exclusive evening hosted at The Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi. The launch gathered top chefs, hospitality leaders, gourmet enthusiasts, and food connoisseurs to experience the versatility of Aqua Salmon. A major highlight was the live cooking session by celebrated chef Vicky Ratnani, who showcased salmon’s adaptability with both Indian and international techniques. Dishes like tandoori-marinated salmon with mustard oil and a “coca moly” style salmon with lime rice and pickled cucumber reflected how easily Chilean salmon can complement India’s culinary traditions. Among the evening’s highlights was the gracious presence of celebrated chefs—Saby Gorai, Dhruv Oberoi, Meghna Gulati, Noah Barnes, and Nishant Choubey—whose participation added depth and flavor to the occasion
