NEW LAUNCHES

Atelier V unveils new ABV menu

Our Bureau, Mumbai
Atelier V, Indore's first casual fine dining restaurant with a classic cocktail bar, has  introduced a new 0% ABV menu: a collection of six drinks that borrow the same techniques and creativity as the restaurant's cocktail programme. As guests now choose to moderate their alcohol consumption without compromising flavour or the overall bar experience, the menu offers an alternative crafted to the same standard.

The menu spans a wide flavour spectrum: citrus-forward, savoury, smoky, spicy, creamy, and umami. The bar uses house-made saccharums, tonics, sodas, brines, and tinctures, finished with techniques such as fruit foams and flavoured airs.

Every drink on the menu follows this format: made with its own house-made base and paired with a small bite designed to complement it, from a mini corn tart alongside 'Lowkey Needs Tequila' to a cheese croquette with 'Be a Darling, Order the Gin.' Each one also comes with the option to add a recommended spirit, becoming a full-bodied cocktail without altering its original profile.

Vedant Newatia, founder, Atelier V, said, "What makes a great cocktail isn't the alcohol; it's the balance, the technique, the texture, and the overall experience. We wanted to give zero-proof drinks that same level of respect, and every drink on this menu has been made the way we would for any cocktail at Atelier V. Picking the names was our way of having a bit of fun with it, a nod to the cocktails that inspired them and to our own tongue-in-cheek approach to zero-proof drinking."
