Brik Oven expands presence of its gourmet deli products

Brik Oven is entering a new chapter with the expansion of its deli product line. Handcrafted – freshly made in-house deli range is now stocked and available for purchase at all the brand’s outlets across the city. The products are now available on leading quick commerce platforms - Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart.
What started with just a handful of products has grown into a full-fledged deli offering that's become a staple in home kitchens across the city. The deli range includes sourdough loaves—available in artisanal and wholewheat—creamy burrata, pizza mozzarella, classic mozzarella, sour cream, and rich cheesecake dessert cups.
Anvesh and Anirudh, co-founders, Brik Oven, said, “We started Brik Oven to serve great food built on great ingredients. As we grew, our customers wanted more than just pizza. They wanted to take a piece of that kitchen home. Owing to the popularity of our handmade cheeses and breads, the deli line that possible.”
