Kaapi Machines has launched Kaapi One, a digital platform aimed at simplifying and streamlining the coffee equipment ownership experience for businesses. The platform brings together equipment information, orders, service requests, technical support and learning resources on a single interface.

The launch comes as India’s coffee ecosystem continues to evolve, with equipment ownership increasingly extending beyond purchase and installation. Timely servicing, maintenance, access to machine information and ongoing technical support have become important for ensuring uninterrupted coffee operations.

Launched around International Coffee Day 2026, it is designed to provide customers with greater visibility and convenience throughout their equipment journey. The platform enables users to raise service requests, track their progress, view status updates, identify the engineer assigned to a request and access service-related information and records.

Beyond after-sales service, the platform connects customers with the wider Kaapi Machines ecosystem. Users can discover new equipment launches, access orders and machine information, explore coffee training and learning opportunities, and identify solutions suited to different business formats, including cafés, hotels, offices, bakeries, quick-service restaurants and cloud kitchens.

It complements the existing network of engineers, technical expertise and after-sales support. While the platform is intended to improve accessibility and transparency, the company said human expertise remains central to its customer service approach.

Customers can discover new equipment launches, access orders and machine information, raise and track service requests, follow service updates, access coffee training and learning opportunities, and explore solutions tailored to their business requirements.
