Monin has launched its Paragon range to India during India Bartender Week (IBW), taking place at Le Meridien, Gurugram. This event, part of the Worldwide Bartender Week, serves as the perfect platform to showcase a new collection of premium botanical concentrates featuring White Penja Pepper from Cameroon and Timur Berry from Nepal. It is the result of years of exploration into rare botanicals, developed in collaboration with renowned mixologist Alex Kratena, who worked to create these unique, sophisticated ingredients.
Led by industry stalwarts like Vikram Achanta, Minakshi Singh, and Yangdup Lama, IBW is more than just an event; it has been an opportunity for thought leaders, bartenders, and beverage professionals to engage, share ideas, and inspire new directions in the craft of mixology.
The range has been introduced to bartenders during this exciting week. It offers bartenders a sophisticated, reliable set of ingredients for crafting premium cocktails. With botanicals like White Penja Pepper, which adds an aromatic and mentholated profile, and Timur Berry, known for its citrusy and peppery notes, the Paragon range is designed to push the boundaries of flavour profiles in cocktails.
Germain Araud, managing director at Monin India, said, “We are proud to have introduced Paragon at India Bartender Week 2025, where innovation and creativity take centre stage. The launch of Paragon offers bartenders new ways to elevate their craft and explore complex flavour profiles with high-quality, sustainably sourced botanicals.”
