PizzaExpress unveils new sourdough pizza range across India

PizzaExpress has introduced a new Sourdough Pizza range across its outlets in India for the festive season, expanding its menu with eight options designed to cater to vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences.
The new range features a sourdough base made using a starter culture developed and nurtured in the brand’s test kitchen. The dough is slow-fermented to enhance flavour and texture, resulting in a light, airy centre with crisp, charred edges.
The eight-pizza selection includes options such as Truffle Fungi, Burrata and Pesto, Harissa Chicken, and Creamy Garlic Prawns. Customers can also opt for the brand’s Classic and signature Romana pizza bases.
The introduction aligns with PizzaExpress’ ‘Only For Everyone’ philosophy, which focuses on offering a diverse menu catering to different tastes and dining preferences. Beyond pizzas, the menu includes Soho Rice Bowls, pastas, salads, Dough Balls served with garlic butter, and desserts.
The new Sourdough Pizza range is also available through online delivery, allowing customers to enjoy the offerings during festive gatherings at home. With the launch, PizzaExpress aims to strengthen its menu appeal and cater to consumers seeking varied dining options for family and social occasions.
