Gobsmackers Custom Built is the brainchild of two young chefs – Parth Saxena and Priyam Kumar. Conceptualised and launched during the lockdown, the delivery-only cloud kitchen focusses on serving up the most juicy, satisfying and delicious gourmet burgers.
The menu allows you to pick and choose ingredients, right from the type of bread and bun, the protein, sauces and toppings – allowing foodies and picky eaters alike to decide what gobsmacking combination of flavours suits them best. You can choose their DIY (Do it yourself) option and assemble your own burger at home, with friends and family, or allow the chefs to stack your burger in true style, or choose the healthier option by having a burger bowl and replacing the buns with a healthy salad.
Drawing from their diverse culinary influences, and experience with American, European and Asian flavours the chef duo has crafted an interesting menu. While the vegetarian burgers include ingredients like quinoa, black bean, adobo chilli and super seeds, the meat patty options include a Korean-style pulled pork flavoured with 5 spice, an English style lamb patty and a flavourful tenderloin. The toppings and sauces also reflect this global influence offering up chipotle, relish, sauerkraut, maple bacon and avocado amongst other options. The burgers can be ordered with a side of house fries, wedges or corn on the cob.
With an aim to build a contemporary, honest and wholesome delivery-based brand, the duo have made a conscious effort to source all ingredients from local farms, bakers and artisanal food brands from around Delhi-NCR. All their delivery packaging is recyclable, and biodegradable.
