1.5 Degree debuts with Plant Based Dairy products at the 7th India International Hospitality Expo 2024

Plant-based milk alternatives are becoming an emerging segment in the food & beverage category, as an alternative to dairy products, many vegan and even non-vegan consumers prefer to choose plant-based dairy products due to various factors to avoid cow-milk-based dairy products such as calorie concerns, being lactose intolerant and adulteration in cow-based milk products. It discovered that there is a need for an alternative to dairy products and thus introduced a complete range of plant-based dairy products, these include Oat Milk, Soy Milk, Cold Coffee, Flavored Milkshakes, Gelato in different flavors like – Paan, Belgian Chocolate, Strawberry, Biscoff, Mocha Almond Fudge etc. The company is focused upon offering taste-centric product development and innovative healthy, lactose-free products.

These palatable plant-based food & beverage products are completely healthy, Gluten-free, eco-friendly, naturally cholesterol-free, completely lactose tolerant free, and are also 100% vegan. Based on the consensus of various dieticians, dermatologists, and food experts the founders have explored the alternative options of plant-based food and beverage that is not only delicious but is also significantly nutritious.
