Al Fresco restaurant Sunset Grill launched at Westin Chennai Velachery

fiogf49gjkf0d Westin Chennai Velachery launched an Al Fresco eatery, Sunset Grill, which is located on Level 2 of the hotel. The menu comprises a range of sauces and marinates, including Mediterranean and Continental choices.
The key highlights of Sunset Grill are themed weekends, seafood and wine nights, Saturday late night chill-out sessions with light bites, set dinners, and Sunday sun-downers.
Guests are also encouraged to share their experiences of the grill, as these are an integral part of the dining experience at Sunset Grill. During an interaction, executive chef Joseph Rathna Raj said, “Food is our common ground and a universal experience.”
“At Sunset Grill, we ensure that the final dish that is sent out is made from the most authentic and freshest ingredients to make the dining experience an affair to remember. We have also chosen fine wines to complement the food,” he added.
Shrikant Wakharkar, the hotel’s general manager, said, “Sunset Grill is yet another fine addition to The Westin Chennai Velachery. This new eclectic restaurant boasts of a fabulous backdrop of Chennai’s skyline and a spectacular view of the pool.”
“The menu has been put together keeping the local palate in mind. An open kitchen also encourages guests to interact with the chef while they see their food being prepared before their eyes, hence providing a personalised experience,” he added.
