Belgian chocolate brand Duc d’O is now available across India, following the inking of a distribution and marketing contract for the Indian market with Cosmo Fine Foods.

Duc d'O Chocolaterie has been one of the European nation’s largest producers and exporters for the past 25 years.

It is now seeking opportunities to tap the growing premium luxury chocolate market in India with an unique offering of flaked truffles, mini pralines and pralines.

Besides the aforementioned products, Duc d’O’s range also includes liquor crates. Its prices range between Rs 525 to 995.

Ducd’O is available at all modern retail stores across all main cities in India, and at the Travel retail stores at all major airports in India.

Eddy Walraevens, chief executive officer, Duc d’O, said, “Duc d’O targets sophisticated chocolate consumers that are aware of the superior chocolate taste of Belgium chocolate.”

“We would be keen to educate consumers on the delectable taste of our Belgium truffles and pralines,” he added.

“Our reputation of creamy chocolates, in combination with our successes in China, Malaysia and the Middle-East gives us confidence to succeed in India as well,” Walraevens added.
