Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF) has introduced Nandini GoodLife toned milk in 100 ml Tetra Pak packets. The product will be made available in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala.
The new packaging allows KMF to increase affordability by pricing the product at Rs 4, thereby reaching a much wider consumer base.
“The new format will help us reach even the most remote areas of the southern states. Our 12-year-long association with Tetra Pak has enabled us to provide our consumers safe and good quality milk,” said KMF chairman G Somasekhara Reddy.
We have taken the expertise of Tetra Pak, for the 100 ml Tetra Fino Aseptic (TFA) packets which will cater to the increased demand for safe and hygienic milk. “Packaging the toned milk in TFA packets allows KMF to increase the reach of the product with its lower pricing,” said Kandarp Singh, South Asia markets MD, Tetra Pak.
“The new format will help us reach even the most remote areas of the southern states. Our 12-year long association with Tetra Pak has enabled us to provide our consumers with safe and good quality milk,” added Reddy.
“KMF’s strong presence in south India will ensure more consumers have access to safe, hygienic and nutritious milk in Tetra Pak packages. This is in line with our company’s vision to make food safe and available, everywhere. Packaging their toned milk in TFA packages allows KMF to increase the reach of the product with its lower pricing. We are pleased to build on our partnership with KMF and be a part of their growth plan,” explained Singh.
