Ahuja Residences appoints Tiwari as chief business officer

Ahuja Residences has appointed Medha Tiwari as chief business officer – hotel division, as the hospitality company strengthens its leadership team and prepares for its next phase of business growth.

Tiwari brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise spanning sales, marketing, revenue management, business development and strategic partnerships. During her career, she has held leadership roles with hospitality brands including Best Western Hotels & Resorts, Apeejay Surendra Park Hotels, Shangri-La New Delhi, ITC Hotels, The Lalit and Grand Hyatt Delhi.

She has worked across established and growth-focused hospitality businesses, with experience in driving revenue, building high-performing teams and leading pre-opening sales and marketing initiatives. Her professional experience also includes working with senior leadership teams and key accounts to develop strategic partnerships and identify new business opportunities.

In her new role, Tiwari will lead the commercial strategy for Ahuja Residences’ Hotel Division, focusing on revenue growth, strengthening market presence, developing strategic partnerships and identifying new avenues for business expansion.

Tiwari holds an MBA in Marketing & Human Resources and has completed executive programmes in Strategic Hospitality Management and Strategic Pricing from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
