Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad has appointed Akshay Katti as the new executive chef.
Katti has been associated with multiple leading hotels in India and overseas through his career in various roles including that of an executive chef. He says that he is looking forward to introduce some innovative flavours and new dishes for the food aficionados in the city. He describes himself as a creative foodie who will work towards introducing something new regularly at various outlets at the hotel like Java+, MoMo and Bayleaf.
“I look forward to coming up with an amalgamation of new flavours and ingredients for food lovers of Ahmedabad,” says Katti, who specialises in Italian cuisine, and especially loves to cook Ravioli.
