Andaz Delhi appoints Arora as director of F&B

Andaz Delhi, by Hyatt, has appointed Siddhant Arora as its new director of food and beverage. With close to a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Arora brings expertise in food and beverage operations, strategic partnerships, revenue and budget management, concept development and large-scale execution.
Arora held key roles with leading hospitality organisations, including Hilton, Conrad and IHCL’s Taj Group. His experience spans managing multi-outlet F&B operations, driving revenue performance and building high-performing teams across complex, high-volume properties. He also brings experience in pre-openings, renovations and the execution of large-scale events.
