Axxence Corporation acquires Purely Natural to strengthen market presence

Axxence Corporation, a leading US provider of natural aroma ingredients and part of the group, announced the acquisition of Purely Natural, a Florida-based supplier of high-quality natural flavour ingredients. This strategic move continues its expansion in US market and enhances its commercial capabilities with the addition of experienced industry leadership.  
 
As part of the transaction, Bob Kleinhenz, president & CEO of Purely Natural and a recognised leader in the flavour and fragrance industry, will join the company as commercial executive vice president. He brings decades of market insight and customer-focused expertise and will play a key role in driving the group’s commercial strategy across North America.
