Banaraswala - Ghat se Ghar tak, known for its Banarsi cuisine, has launched a special navratri menu ahead of the festival. The menu includes a vrat thali, a mini thali, fasting-friendly snacks, beverages and traditional Banarasi sweets and will be available at all outlets and online platforms through the festival.
Navratri is observed with fasting and family gatherings, and many people look for meals prepared with a special ingredient list. The new menu is aimed at that need.
The centrepiece of the menu is the special navratri thali, along with a smaller mini navratri thali, which comprise delicious dishes such as vrat puris, aloo sabzi, paneer makhni and more. Two beverages are also on offer for a complete experience: a special malai lassi and a banarasi dry fruit thandai. For those with a sweet tooth, the menu also features banarasi cheena, launglata, daahi gulab jamun and rabri jalebi.
Vibhanshu Mishra, founder & CEO, Banaraswala – Ghat Se Ghar Tak, said, "A Navratri meal should never feel like a shortcut. We wanted the plate to be generous, the sweets unapologetically indulgent and the drinks to feel like a small pause in a busy day. If a guest takes the first bite and is reminded of home, or of a trip to Banaras, we will consider the menu a success."
