Bandra’s La Loca Maria celebrates World Burger Day with four variants

Bandra’s La Loca Maria, the brainchild of chef Manuel Olveira Seller, ushered in World Burger Day (August 22, 2019) with four burgers - the Crispy Chicken Burger, the Grilled BFF Burger, the Beets Burger and the Mushroom Burger.
The Crispy Chicken Burger comprised grilled chicken, BBQ sauce, caramelised onion, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and the Grilled BFF Burger comprised pickles, onion, tomato, lettuce and cheddar.
The vegetarian options included the Beets Burger (which comprised sweet potato, jalapeno, caramelised onion, coleslaw and cheddar) and the Mushroom Burger (which comprised potato, onion, spicy mayo and cheese).
These were served in bacon and gluten-free buns, and with a side of Parmesan chilli fries.
