Barbeque Nation, a leading casual dining chains in India hosted the Odia food festival – Odia Trails, displaying a wide variety of traditional Odia dishes especially curated by Masterchef India Season 6 winner, Abinas Nayak. The event was held from January 21 to 25, 2026.
Odia Trails took the regulars and guests on a gastronomic journey of authentic Odisha cuisines, timeless street-style classics, and regional specialties including the famous Dahi Pakhala, Chhena Poda, Mutton Aloo Aloo, Dalma, and more.
Chef Abinas Nayak, Masterchef India Season 6 winner said, “I was privileged to be a part of Barbeque Nation’s Odia food festival – Odia Trails. I crafted dishes from the Odisha cuisine. The widespread buffet was an amalgamation of diverse and flavourful cuisine, combining aromatic spices, fresh ingredients, and traditional cooking techniques.”
The Odia Trails showcased the Odia food festival reflecting the vibrant flavours of Odisha’s seasons and streets, all brought to life in our all-you-can-eat buffet. The feast explored regional lip smacking delicacies combining fusion based cooking infused with heritage Odia recipes by Chef Abinas Nayak hosted at Barbeque Nation, Marathahalli outlet in Bengaluru, stated the communication note.
The 2006 founded Barbeque Nation pioneered the concept of over the table barbeque live grills embedded in dining tables allowing guests to grill their own barbecues right at their tables. It currently owns and operates around 20 outlets in Bangalore and in total 200 outlets in India, four outlets in UAE, 1 outlet in Malaysia and one outlet in Oman.
