Beige by 5th Gear Pilates to open new outlet in Four Bungalows

Beige by 5th Gear Pilates, founded by Dhavall Mehta and Sunil Sharma, is set to open its new 570-sq-ft outlet in Four Bungalows, Andheri, on October 11, 2026. The launch expands the brand’s presence following its first beverage-focused outlet in Kandivali and brings specialty coffee, food, matcha, smoothies and an all-day neighbourhood café experience to the area.
Positioned as an extension of the 5th Gear Pilates lifestyle, Beige aims to integrate wellness into everyday routines through a combination of movement, food, coffee and community. The concept emerged from the founders’ observation that Pilates-goers often wanted to stay back after their sessions to socialise over coffee and food.
“Beige started with something we were already seeing within our community. People didn't want to rush out after class; they wanted to sit down, have coffee, eat something and spend time together. That made us think about what the experience could look like beyond the studio. Beige is our way of bringing movement, food, coffee and community into the same everyday rhythm,” said Dhavall Mehta, Co-Founder, Beige by 5th Gear Pilates.
At the centre of the café is its specialty coffee programme, featuring carefully selected Indian-grown coffee cultivated at an elevation of around 1,350 metres and roasted to a medium-dark profile, with notes of chocolate and roasted almonds. The menu includes espresso-based beverages, pour-over/filter coffee, siphon and French Press preparations.
The all-day food and beverage menu combines wellness-focused options with familiar café favourites. Offerings include Eggs Benedict, Turkish Eggs, Avocado Toast, wraps, sandwiches, salads, bowls, chia bowls, smoothies and acai bowls. Key dishes include Roasted Pumpkin & Burrata, Mediterranean Chickpea & Feta, Crispy Tofu & Asian Greens, Grilled Chicken & Avocado and Mexican Bowl. These are complemented by croissants, pancakes, cookies and tiramisu.
The beverage menu features signatures such as the Coconut Cloud Series, including Coconut Cloud Coffee, Coconut Cloud Matcha and Coconut Cloud Ube, along with Rose Coffee, Berry Bloom Americano, Tonic Blush Matcha, Mango Matcha and Iced Espresso Ube. The matcha is sourced from Shizuoka, Japan, while the smoothie selection includes Berry Glow, Mango Smoothie and Acai Powerhouse.
“There’s a tendency to make wellness feel prescriptive, with a set of rules around how you should eat, move or live. We wanted Beige to feel much more natural than that. You can come in after Pilates, meet a friend over coffee, grab a smoothie or simply spend some time here. With ‘Your Neighbourhood Ritual’, the idea is to create a place that naturally becomes part of your everyday routine, a space you return to because you enjoy being here, not because you have to,” said Sunil Sharma, Co-Founder, Beige by 5th Gear Pilates.
The café’s design follows an understated aesthetic, with neutral tones, natural textures, clean lines and warm detailing. The space is designed to transition through the day, catering to post-workout visits, coffee runs, breakfast meetings, matcha breaks and casual catch-ups.
The Four Bungalows outlet marks the next stage in the expansion of the 5th Gear Pilates ecosystem. While designed to operate as a standalone neighbourhood café, Beige remains connected to the brand’s focus on movement, wellness and community, welcoming both Pilates regulars and the wider Andheri community.
