Bombay Dosa Company, offering 100+ dosa variants, opens in Lower Parel

Bombay Dosa Company - which opened in Lower Parel (West) recently - is the brainchild of Sagar Thakkar (under the banner of Wildflower Hospitality) and offers over 100 varieties of dosas - reimagined to suit every patron’s individual taste - in a QSR format. Affordable (a meal for two is priced at Rs 350), it is open from 8am to midnight.
Thakkar’s aim was to create a space that was vibrant, warm, fun and welcome. And in order to drive home these values, Bombay Dosa Company even has a mascot, named Super Anna.
“I have always been passionate about food and its power of bringing people together. Particularly when it comes to classic dishes like dosa. Through Bombay Dosa Company, I want everyone in the city to experience street food specialities in a clean, affordable and comfortable setting,” he said.
