Call Me Sofia has unveiled a new menu, expanding its Italian-inspired offering with a refreshed cocktail programme, zero-proof beverages and a selection of small plates and sharing dishes.

The new menu builds on the bar’s existing aperitivo philosophy, retaining several popular classics while adding new cocktails and food offerings that combine familiar flavours with unexpected ingredients.

Among the new additions to the cocktail menu is Wild Thing, which combines sourdough, farmer’s jam, bourbon, house-made mushroom beer and balsamic, bringing together savoury, earthy and tangy flavours. Other additions include Out of Office, a tropical cocktail, and Call Me Picante, which blends tequila, gin, strawberry, baby spinach and jalapeño brine. For guests seeking a savoury, spirit-forward option, Keep It Dirty combines gin, house-made cucumber brine, vodka and vermouth.

It has expanded its zero-proof programme. Soft Launch features black rice syrup and black lime powder, finished with a parmesan tuile, while Main Squeeze combines baby arugula, pineapple and strawberry acid for a refreshing non-alcoholic serve.

The food menu includes a refreshed range of small plates and bar bites designed for sharing. New offerings include Truffle Burrata Sammies with tomato relish and caramelised garlic jam, Fig & Stone Fruit Crostini, and Carbonara Pizzette topped with guanciale, egg yolk jam, pink peppercorn and wild roquette.

Heartier dishes on the menu include Sun-dried Tomato Risotto, Spaghetti alla Genovese with burrata, and grilled chicken and lamb skewers. The dessert selection includes Chocolate Crémeux, combining dark chocolate, pistachio praline, Maldon salt and extra virgin olive oil.
