CIFTI-FICCI is working towards unlocking the Future of Nutrition with webinar series on Exploring the Health and Wellness benefits in the food ingredients ecosystem. The webinar session 4 titled Shifting away from sugar: Understanding consumer behaviour on fitness will be organised on November 9, between 11 am and 12.30 pm.
The opening remarks of the event will be by Abhinav Singh, head, food processing, CIFTI and FICCI. This will be followed by a panel discussion on Shifting Away From Sugar: Understanding Consumer Behavior Around Fitness. The moderator of the event is Steven Bartholomeusz, policy director, Food Industry Asia, Singapore.
