Fans of Masterchef Australia have a rare treat to look forward to this month. Home chef-based culinary experiences platform Conosh is celebrating its second anniversary with a special online workshop for eggless desserts, to be hosted by none other than Masterchef Australia’s beloved judges Gary Mehigan and George Calombaris. Registration for the live workshop, to be hosted on Sunday, April 11, 2021, is now open on Conosh’s website. Workshop participants will have a rare opportunity to learn from and interact with Gary and George. While Gary will teach the process of making individual components and then assembling Mille-feuille of Caramelised White Chocolate, Mango and Coconut, George will teach participants how to make a delicious Tahini Mousse using white chocolate and Greek yoghurt that is perfect for a summer afternoon. Participants will also learn how to make a fresh blueberry sorbet from scratch, and finally, how to plate it all like a pro. Vaibhav Bahl, co-founder, Conosh, said, “We could not have thought of a better way to celebrate Conosh’s second anniversary than by having our favorite Masterchef Australia judges Gary and George conduct a live desserts workshop for our community. This is going to be a very special masterclass experience and by keeping it eggless and gelatin-free, we are hoping to make it a celebration for both old and new members of Conosh community – including amateur home chefs or baking enthusiasts who wish to learn from the best.” The workshop will run for 60 to 90 minutes. The baking enthusiasts will be able to talk to Gary and George and ask them questions. Encouraging everyone to embrace food and cooking, the platform has made its online workshops highly accessible with a nominal fee.
